OnPlane connects the caddie master, the caddies and the members. The caddie captures each round from the golfer's side. The golfer gets their game back, with a plan for the next one. The club finally sees what's working.

How a round travels
  • Works with no signal on the course.
  • Members choose what their caddie sees.
  • Each club's data stays its own.

What today says
Your miss is right: 3 of 7 tee shots. Your coach has a fix for Sunday.
Only Walt and his caddie today see this round.

Front nine in. Walt's plan for Sunday is ready.

One round. Four people get something from it.

Follow Walt's Saturday round from the loop sheet to the board report. It's captured once, by the person standing next to him, and everyone gets the part they need.

Send each caddie out, the way it's always worked.

The caddie master assigns every loop. Golfers never pick their caddie, so the rotation stays fair and every caddie gets out. The paired caddie gets the golfer's clubs, distances and tendencies for that day only, and only if the golfer allows it.

  • Today's Loops: caddie, golfers, tee time
  • The golfer's bag goes to the paired caddie
  • Nothing shared past the day of the loop

Better caddies, every season.

Training is where a club grows its caddies: short lessons filmed by the caddie master, a quiz after each module, and a visible path to the Evans Scholarship. A great caddie makes a great round, and members notice.

Lessons from your own caddie master
Short videos filmed at your club, in modules that unlock in order. Every caddie's progress is tracked, so you know who's ready for a member's bag.
Quizzes and club terms
A quiz after each module, the club's own vocabulary, a word of the day, and the Rules of Golf in plain English.
A path to the Evans Scholarship
Loops, training and paperwork roll up into scholarship eligibility, so a caddie can see how close they are and the caddie master can see who to nominate.
Loops and earnings
Every loop, fee and tip in one place, with a season total. Caddies see their own record grow.
Onboarding without the clipboard
Applications with guardian consent for minors, and documents checked by AI the moment they're uploaded, with a send-back drafted for anything missing.

Built for everyone at the club.

One platform, separate sign-ins. Caddies and members each get their own app; the caddie master runs it; guests need nothing at all.

Caddie masters

One dashboard for loops, the roster, training, documents and announcements.

Caddies

The live card, the AI twin, their training and their Evans progress, on their phone.

Members

Every round on record, a game plan from their real misses, and a coach that knows their game.

Guests

A course guide from a link, no account: hole maps, flyovers and a first-timer's plan.

Pros and committee

Scoring trends, the holes that play hardest, and caddie activity across the season.

Built around how clubs actually work.

A caddie program runs on trust between the club, its members and its caddies. OnPlane keeps the rules the way they are.

Golfers don't pick caddies
The caddie master assigns every loop. Members can't stack up the most popular caddies, so the rotation stays fair and every caddie keeps getting work.
Golfers decide what's shared
One switch controls whether the paired caddie sees a member's bag and tendencies, and it's only ever for that day's loop. Private notes stay with the club.
Each club's data is its own
Every club is separate: roster, rounds, documents and the AI twin. Insights only show once enough golfers have played, so no member can be singled out.
Made for the course
Cards, the AI twin and the course guide keep working in dead zones and send everything when the phone finds signal. Nothing needs installing; it opens from a link.

Tested on a full season, before your first tee time.

We ran a complete simulated season at a typical private club through OnPlane: 300 members, 50 caddies, April to October, every loop, card and question. These are simulated figures from our test environment, not a real club's.

The questions clubs ask first.

Anything else, put it in the note when you sign up and we'll answer it directly.

Private clubs with a caddie program. The club signs up and invites its caddies and members. Members, pros and committee members each get their own sign-in, and guests use a course guide link with no account at all.

No, and that's on purpose. The caddie master assigns every loop, exactly as clubs do today, so the best caddies aren't booked solid while others sit. The golfer's data follows the pairing, not the other way around.

Only for golfers they're paired with that day, and only if the golfer has sharing switched on: their clubs and distances, their tendencies and their game plan for the round. Private notes stay between the caddie and the club.

Everything keeps working. The live card saves each hole on the phone and sends it when there's signal again, and the AI twin answers from the club's notes stored on the phone. Unanswered questions are asked again automatically once back in range.

The caddie twin knows only what your club gives it: training, documents, course notes and terminology, grounded in the Rules of Golf. A member's coach uses that member's own rounds, bag and goals, nothing from anyone else.

No. Caddies and members open a link and add it to their home screen, where it behaves like an app and updates the moment the club publishes. Guests just open the guide link or scan the QR code on the tee sign.

It's your club's. Documents live in storage you can export in bulk, and rosters, training and rounds export as spreadsheets.
